My country, Greece, has been convicted over 400 times by the ECtHR for violating Article 6, right to a fair trial, of the ECHR. According to the World’s Bank 2015 report, in order for a case to be concluded in Greece it takes on average a total of 1.580 days, which means 4,5 years. Subsequently, I was really excited when I heard for the first time the term "alternative dispute resolution".
