Dr Zoltán Ferenczik
Zoltán Ferenczik is an associate at Tóásó Law firm KPMG Hungary (Budapest) where he is a member of the Dispute Resolution team. Carla Fischer is currently working as a research associate with CMS Hasche Sigle’s arbitration practice in Munich. Since September 2021, she has been pursuing a PhD in international law at the University of Edinburgh, where she is volunteering as a coach for the University’s Vis Moot team for the 30th Willem C Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Competition. Following her undergraduate degree, Ms. Florence attended and graduated from Mitchell Hamline in 2014. At Mitchell Hamline, Ms. Florence served on the Hamline Law Journal of Public Law and Policy, and was published in 2013 for her article regarding state immunity statutes and policy implications. Vanessa Foncke is a partner in the Global Disputes team of Jones Day. Ms Alma Forgo
Alma Forgó has focused on commercial law and international arbitration & alternative modes of dispute resolution since the beginning of her career. She discovered - and took interest in - International Arbitration thanks to the X. Vis Moot in Vienna as a young student 20 years ago. A German national of Hungarian and German descent, she is admitted to the German bar since 2010.
Currently Head of Arbitration at Airbus, she manages, since January 2017, a large number of arbitrations and related litigation arising in the commercial aircraft, helicopters and defense and space industry in a multitude of jurisdictions. Before joining Airbus’ legal & compliance department, Alma worked at the ICC International Court of Arbitration as Deputy Counsel and Head of Europe YAAF where she oversaw hundreds of international arbitrations and reviewed over 100 awards. Alma previously trained in the international arbitration departments of WilmerHale in London and of Freshfields in Frankfurt and Paris.

Mr Yaman Gürsel
Yaman Gürsel is a fully-qualified lawyer in Turkey, registered with Istanbul Bar Association since 2016. Later, he was admitted to the University of Fribourg with a scholarship to pursue LL.M. in International Business Law, specializing in international commercial arbitration and contract law compared. Following his graduation in 2018, he started doing his Ph.D. in private law at the University of Fribourg. Erlend Haaskjold is one of the leading arbitrators in Scandinavia. He is Partner and Head of International Arbitration at Schjødt Law Firm in Oslo. I am a French qualified lawyer. I have trained and qualified in France with the Paris based arbitration boutique Betto Seraglini which I joined after undertaking the University Paris I Pantheon Sorbonne Master’s degree in “Droit International Privé et du Commerce International”. After two years at Betto Seraglini, I undertook a six months secondment at Enyo Law LLP in London. Shortly thereafter, I joined Enyo Law's Arbitration Team as an associate. At Betto Seraglini and Enyo Law I have had the opportunity to work on different arbitration cases both as counsel and arbitrator (assisting Partners’ appointed as arbitrators). Florian Haugeneder is a partner at KNOETZL, a leading firm in arbitration, litigation, alternative dispute resolution, business crime, compliance and corporate crisis management. Mihika is an Indian Qualified Attorney with over four years of experience in commercial litigation and arbitrations, both domestic and International. Mr Christoph Heinimann
Christoph Heinimann is a Junior Associate at Bär & Karrer, a major Swiss law firm, working in the Litigation & Arbitration practice of Nadja Jaisli. He has completed his Master of Law at University of St. Gallen while working for many years as a Research Assistant to Prof. Dr. Müller-Chen, researching and teaching contract and sales law topics and leading an update of Müller-Chen's contributions to the Schlechtriem & Schwenzer CISG commentary. In the past he has taken part in different moot courts in national and international law contexts and is currently organising the pleading hosted by Bär & Karrer for top Swiss Vis Moot teams. Mr Andreas Heinrich
Born 1982 in Düsseldorf, Germany. Grew up in Germany, Indonesia, Singapore, China and Venezuela. Participated in the Vis Moot 2003/2004 for the University of Cologne team. Worked as part-time administrative secretary for arbitral tribunals chaired by Prof. Dr. Böckstiegel from 2004 till 2009. Graduated from the University of Cologne in January 2008 (First State Exam). Obtained a Master of Business Law degree (LL.M. oec.) from the Universtity of Cologne in 2009. Passed the Second State Exam in May 2011. Admitted to the German Bar in December 2011. Worked as lawyer in the Dispute Resolution Department at CMS Hasche Sigle in Stuttgart, Germany, from October 2011 till January 2015. Since February 2015 lawyer in the Litigation/Arbitration Department at Flick Gocke Schaumburg in Bonn, Germany. I speak German, English and Spanish fluently and have basic knowlege of French.

Mr Axel Benjamin Herzberg
Axel Benjamin HERZBERG is dual-qualified in both Germany, as well as England and Wales. He is a founding partner at BODENHEIMER in Berlin, Germany, where he primarily handles international arbitration cases, both as counsel and arbitrator. Previous career milestones included a position as Deputy Counsel with the Secretariat of the ICC International Court of Arbitration, as well as associate with a major international firm in Berlin. Mr Herzberg studied law at the universities of Passau, Geneva, Munich, Freiburg, Brussels (ULB), and London (Queen Mary/UCL; LL.M. in International Business Law "with merit"). I am Mikael Hitruhin. I work as a data protection lawyer for the city of Helsinki. I participated in Vis Moot in 2020 and this year I am coaching the team of the University of Helsinki. I have worked on dispute resolution in both big and small law firms before joining my current position. Ms Oleksandra Hnatiuk
I am a Ukrainian lawyer having experience in corporate, migration law and arbitration. Worked in the Ukrainian arbitration boutique ARBITRADE, which deals primarily with commercial arbitration. Currently, I am a research associate at Squire Patton Boggs in Berlin, assisting in investment arbitration cases. Apart from my studies at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin (IDR LLM), I am also pursuing the Master of Law degree at the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. I am actively involved in mooting ( participated in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot 2020/2021, Nuremberg Moot Court 2021, and Foreign Investment International Arbitration Moot 2022 on behalf of my university in Kyiv; Mediation moot court on behalf of my university in Berlin). Katharina Hofmann participated in the 25th Vis Moot herself. Since then, she has been coaching the Vis Moot Team for the University of Wuerzburg. She successfully completed her law degree at the University of Wuerzburg in the summer of 2020. She is currently working as a research assistant at the Chair for Global Business Law, International Arbitration Law and Private Law of Prof. Dr. Bien. Mr James Hosking
James Hosking has over 25 years of international dispute resolution experience. Immediately prior to co-founding New York dispute resolution boutique Chaffetz Lindsey, he was a partner in Clifford Chance’s New York office. Tim Isler is a Swiss qualified lawyer and works as an Associate for rothorn legal in their Zurich offices. Ms Florence Jaeger
Florence Jaeger is a Swiss qualified lawyer working at Homburger AG, an international commercial law firm based in Zurich, Switzerland. She specialises in domestic and international litigation as well as international commercial arbitration with a focus on contract law, post M&A and construction disputes. She has gained her work experience in international commercial law firms in Basel, Zurich and London. Rishika Jain is currently working with the Legal Team as a Corporate Legal Analyst at Ambev (AB InBev Group) in Stockholm, Sweden. She is an Advocate & Legal Consultant enrolled with the Bar Council of India. She had worked as an Associate with the Dispute Resolution Team of a multi-disciplinary law firm, named Numen Law Offices in Delhi, India. Mrs Nadja Jaisli
Nadja Jaisli co-heads Bär & Karrer's arbitration practice and specializes in international commercial arbitration and litigation. She has extensive experience in representing clients before Swiss courts and in international arbitrations (both ad hoc and institutional, primarily ICC and Swiss Rules), involving a wide array of matters. She has gained particular experience in the banking and finance, the pharmaceutical and the transportation industries and handled complex disputes arising from M&A transactions, joint ventures and shareholders' agreements, license and supply agreements as well as inheritance disputes. Ms Eden Jardine
Eden Jardine represented La Trobe University, Australia, during the 2015/2016 VIS Moot. Six intense months of over-analysing the VIS issues wasn’t enough for Eden, so once accepted into Honours she wrote her thesis on a question raised during the competition, which will be soon published in the Vindobona Journal. Eden graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours)/Bachelor of Business in 2016, then took a month off to explore Mexico and sail around the Caribbean islands. Upon her return from paradise, Eden completed her Australian National University practical legal training at a financial services compliance firm with the in-house legal team. She was admitted as an Australian lawyer in 2017. Shortly afterwards, Eden moved to Germany where she is currently studying her Master of Laws in International Dispute Resolution at Humboldt University of Berlin. Undeniably bitten by the VIS love-bug, Eden hopes to pursue her career in international commercial arbitration following completion of her studies.
Mr Pablo Jaroslavsky
Pablo Jaroslavsky (Argentina) graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Buenos Aires (UBA), where he also undertook Post-Graduate studies in Tax Law. He holds an LL.M. degree from the Geneva Masters in International Dispute Settlement (MIDS). He teaches Investment Arbitration at the UBA and he is also a coach for the UBA team in the Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) International Arbitration Moot.
He has published numerous articles in the field of International Law and he is also a frequent speaker in arbitration conferences.
He is an Associate at Dechamps International Law, where he regularly represents clients in international arbitrations under different institutional rules.
Pablo is a member of the Buenos Aires Bar Association. He speaks Spanish, English and Italian.
Dr Nevena Jevremovic
Nevena is Lecturer in Commercial Law at the University of Aberdeen School of Law. Her research and teaching focus on the interplay between sustainable development in commercial relationships, investment, and dispute resolution. Nevena is the author of the national monographs on Civil Procedure and Energy Law in volumes of the International Encyclopaedia of Laws. She published a dozen articles and book chapters on international dispute resolution and international commercial law. She is working on several publications on sustainable development goals in investment disputes, climate litigation, and global value chains.
Nevena is a Guest Lecturer at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and was a guest lecturer at the Prince Sultan University, College of Law, Female Campus (Riyadh, Saudi Arabia), Faculty of Law at the University of Zenica (Bosnia and Herzegovina), International Sarajevo University (IUS), and University of Verona & CILE's Summer School, teaching courses on sales law, contract and commercial management, technology and law, and international commercial arbitration.
Nevena completed her PhD with a dissertation on "Art. 35 (1) and 35(2)(a) & (b) of the UN Convention on the International Contracts for the Sale of Goods in the context of Sustainable Development Goal 12: Sustainable Consumption and Production Patterns." She holds an LL.M. in International Law from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law (2016) and an LL.M. in Civil Law in the EU from the University of Sarajevo School of Law (2015).

In 2022, I graduated from India's premier law school, i.e. the National Law School of India University, with 3 gold medals. During college, I have won accolades in various moot court competitions (including Vis Vienna and Vis East), and have published extensively in the field of arbitration as well. I have also spearheaded the Indian Journal on International Economic Law.

Dr. Ina JIMBEI is an attorney in the ERA team and university lecturer at the Law Faculty of the Moldova State University. She is a well-known specialist in civil procedural law and administrative law in Republic of Moldova.
Since 2019, one of the local experts working for the EBRD.
Additionally, Ina acts as a Legal adviser in the project “Advancing legal research and writing in Republic of Moldova” coordinated by National Center for State Courts and funded by United State Department of State.
Ina takes a particular interest in competition law. She has trainings on European Competition Law in Germany.

Professor Doug Jones
Doug Jones AO is a leading independent international commercial and investor-state arbitrator with over 40 years’ prior experience as an international transactional and disputes project lawyer. Doug is a door tenant at Atkin Chambers London and has Chambers in Sydney and Toronto. Doug is also an International Judge of the Singapore International Commercial Court. Doug has published and presented extensively, and holds professorial appointments at Queen Mary College, University of London and Melbourne University Law School.
Doug has been involved in over 160 arbitrations which include construction, infrastructure, energy, commodities, intellectual property, joint venture, and investor-state disputes spanning over 30 jurisdictions around the world, and of values exceeding some billions of USD.
Doug is acknowledged as a leading arbitrator and is highly ranked in a number of leading publications. Most recently, in 2021, Chambers Asia-Pacific recognised Doug as “undoubtedly one of the top commercial and construction arbitrators in the world”. Shubham Joshi is an Indian qualified lawyer currently pursuing his Masters in Law and Business (MLB) from Bucerius Law School, Hamburg, Germany. An alumnus of the National Law School of India University, Bangalore, India, Shubham has acted as a counsel, assisting counsel, court commissioner, and tribunal secretary in various commercial disputes before the arbitration tribunals, state courts, and quasi-judicial tribunals in India. He has represented and advised clients in infrastructure, energy, finance, education, healthcare, and hospitality sectors. He is also a Visiting Faculty at several law universities in India primarily teaching Commercial Contracts, Corporate Law, Moot Court Advocacy and Legal Methods. Shubham has been a keen participant as a coach and arbitrator in Vis Vienna, Vis East, FDI, Alfred Deakin ICA, NLSTIAM, NLIU Tankha, and various other moots.

Stefan Jovanović is a Teaching Assistant at the Faculty of Law University of Belgrade and the Secretary of the Belgrade Arbitration Center. He focuses on Private International Law and Arbitration in his scientific research and in legal practice. He wrote a number of papers on International Arbitration and PIL. Stefan participated as one of the lecturers in the panel on the topic of arbitration at the Belgrade Conference of Lawyers (BEKOP) in the National Assembly of Serbia. He has been an arbitrator in Belgrade Open Pre-Moot Court and VIS Moot. As a student, he participated in several international and domestic moot courts, including Frankfurt International Investment Arbitration Moot Court.
Mr Anand Juddoo
Anand is a Chartered Arbitrator, a registered member of the Professional Quantity Surveyor Council (local regulating council for QS), a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over twenty-nine (29) years of professional experience in Arbitration, Quantity Surveying, Claims & Dispute Management, Project & Programme Management in UK, Mauritius, Dubai, Malaysia, Congo, Cameroon and Gabon with an emphasis on Project & Programme Management and Construction Law & Arbitration. He has also a good legal background and holds a Master’s degree in Law as well as a Bachelor in Law.
Anand has extensive knowledge in Construction Law and has drawn up many claims for extension of time (including defence thereof), loss and expense as well as negotiated settlement on both sides of the industry on various forms of contract such as JCT, FIDIC, EAIA, NEC, IChemE, Bespoke Contract, etc.. Anand is well versed in the Mauritian Napoleon Code, French Construction Law and English Construction Law.
Anand has been involved in many dispute resolution issues and has acted as arbitrator, adjudicator, expert witness, mediator, conciliator and claims consultant. He has appeared in court on a number of instances as expert witness as well as leading counsels in arbitration. He has also been appointed on various DAB.
Mr Julian Juhasz
Julian is currently researching on framework agreements and the CISG for his PhD thesis. In addition, he is working as a Research and Teaching Assistant at the University of Basel (Chair of Prof. Dr. Ulrich G. Schroeter). Julian has previously participated and coached in the Vis Moot for the University of Basel. He is part of the Vindobona Journal's editorial team.
Mr Nick Jung
Nick Jung works as research assistant at the Chair of Prof. Dr. Jürgen Stamm at Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg (FAU) in Germany. He participated at the 25th Vis Moot and is coach of the FAU Vis Moot team. He studied law at FAU, University College Cork (UCC) and Siberian Federal University (SFU). He holds a German and Irish law degree. He is a PhD candidate and researches at the interface between insolvency and corporate law.
Ms Alexandra Junge
I am a Legal Consultant at one of Denmark's leading law firms, Gorrissen Federspiel, practicing litigation and international arbitration. I have previously worked with international arbitration both in-house and at law firms in England and Switzerland. I have a graduate degree in Economic Law from Sciences Po Paris Law School, and am a Vis Moot Alumni, having participated in the 2020 rounds.
Mr Jakob Junghöfer
Jakob Junghöfer is a German certified lawyer who is currently on a legal traineeship with CMS Hasche Sigle in Leipzig and Hong Kong. He participated in the Vis Moot in 2018/2019 and coached in 2019/2020.
