Mr. Yuvaktep is currently working as a Legal Associates at Bun & Associates, where he specializes in commercial arbitration and oil & gas law. In addition to legal practice, he has had several years of coaching and teaching experiences in law school. His most notable one is his years as the coach for the Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition from 2016 until 2020, where the teams from Cambodia won four outstanding international awards in the memorial categories. Adrian Winstanley is an English solicitor, arbitrator, mediator and ADR consultant, and is the immediate past Director General of the London Court of International Arbitration.
In his earlier role as LCIA Registrar, Adrian oversaw many hundreds of arbitrations, and many mediations and adjudications, arising from a wide range of commercial enterprises and in many jurisdictions.
In addition to his London-based role as Executive Director of the LCIA, he played a pivotal role in the establishment and operation of DIFC-LCIA (Dubai), LCIA-India (Delhi), and LCIA-MIAC (Mauritius); in the process acquiring valuable insight into commercial arbitration in the Gulf, Asia, and Africa.

Dr. Reinmar Wolff is a lawyer and Assistant Professor at the University of Marburg where he also heads the Vis Moot Court team. Dr. Wolff regularly acts as arbitrator in commercial arbitrations under various rules. He regularly lectures and publishes on arbitration and other topics. Dr. Wolff is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb).
Nicholas was called to the Bar of England and Wales (Lincoln's Inn) in 2019 and is currently a pupil at Sanjay Mohan Advocates & Solicitors. He is part of the Dispute Resolution Team which specialises in commercial and construction litigation and arbitration. During his undergraduate years, he had participated in various national and international ADR competitions which includes mooting. Since then, he has been invited to judge the City Law School LLB1 Mooting Assessment in London and recently the Vis Pre-Moots in Malaysia, the Middle East and Switzerland.
I am currently a postgraduate student at Harvard Law School, focusing on international dispute resolution. I have previously assisted in arbitration proceedings for leading barristers in leading commercial chambers in Hong Kong. I have also interned in major international law firms, researching arbitration matters (Latham & Watkins and Davis Polk & Wardwell). During my undergraduate studies, I represented the London School of Economics twice in the Vis Moot, winning the overall best claimant memorandum in 2019/20. I am also accepted as an arbitrator for the Vis East Moot this year.
Florian is one of the co-founders of the Leipzig University Vis Moot Team and the Former President of the Leipzig Moot Association. He participated in the 26th Vis Moot and coached the Leipzig teams of the 27th and 28th Vis Moot. Currently, he is the coach of the team from Makerere University, Kampala, Uganda. Florian works as a Research Assistant at Allen & Overy and writes his PhD thesis on international arbitration law. Jonas Zaugg is a former Moot participant (25th) and has been the coach of the University of Lausanne since. Mr. Zaugg holds a Master in Law from the University of Lausanne, specialising in commercial law and legal theory. Mr. Zaugg is currently assistant to Professor Andrea Bonomi and PhD candidate at the University of Lausanne. Alongside his studies, Mr. Zaugg has worked in the field of health insurance claims against liable third parties for over five years. He is a native speaker of Swiss German, German and French, as well as a proficient English speaker.

Dr. Eglė Zemlytė is a lecturer at Private Law Department of the Law Faculty of Vilnius University. She teaches international commercial arbitration (in both Lithuanian and English) as well as law on civil procedure. Her research focuses on international arbitration, alternative dispute resolution and law on civil procedure. She is a co-author of the Commentary to the Law on Commercial Arbitration of the Republic of Lithuania and an author or co-author of various publications on arbitration and other dispute resolution methods. She has also been admitted to the bar of the Republic of Lithuania and has been practicing as the counsel in various arbitration and litigation cases for almost 15 years. She has represented Lithuanian and foreign companies in arbitration cases under various arbitration rules (SCC, ICC, LCIA, VCCA, UNCITRAL Rules) as well as in Lithuanian courts. Before joining a boutique law firm to focus on her career as an arbitrator she was an attorney-at-law at one of the biggest law firms in Lithuania. She regularly sits as arbitrator or chairs arbitrations under the rules of the Vilnius Court of Commercial Arbitration.
Dr. Shu Zhang is a lecturer in commercial law in the Deakin Law School, Deakin University (Australia). She coached Deakin Law School's Vis Moot team and is the academic leader of the Alfred Deakin International Commercial Arbitration Moot. Before joining the Deakin Law School, Dr. Zhang was a post-doctoral fellow in the Chinese International Business and Economic Law Initiative, Law School, University of New South Wales (Australia). Her research interests include international commercial law, dispute resolution and international arbitration, as well as comparative contract law. She also completed internships at both the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (ACICA) and the Chinese International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC). She is also admitted to practice in New South Wales, Australia. Dr. Zhang obtained her PhD in Law from University of New South Wales (Australia), and her LLM, LLB and BA in Economics (Double Degree) from Peking University (China). As a student she participated in the Vis East Moot in 2007 and the Vis Moot in 2008. She is interested in international commercial law and dispute resolution and has published various manuscripts in leading journals in this area.
Dr Lijun (Liz) Zhao is a Senior Lecturer in Law at City, University of London. Her expertise lies in Corporate and Commercial Law, as well as World Trade Law. She also teaches English contract law, English and European Legal Systems, and Commercial Law. She has published extensively on various areas of corporate and commercial law, and maritime law.
Andrielly undergraduated in law at the Federal University of Santa Catarina in 2021.
She has participated on the 27th and 28th Vis Moots as a speaker, and, in the latter as the leader of UFSC's team. In the 29th Vis Moot, she has been orientating UFSC's team as a coach on the subject issues.

Laura Zimmerman is an Associate in Baker & McKenzie's Dispute Resolution Practice Group in New York, where she focuses her practice on international arbitration and litigation. Patricia Živković is currently a Lecturer in Dispute Resolution at the School of Law, University of Aberdeen. She graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Zagreb in 2011. She was a Vis Moot participant in the academic year 2009/2010. After graduation, Patricia continued her studies at the Central European University, where she obtained an LL.M. degree in International Business Law in 2012. Patricia worked as a research assistant for Professor Emeritus Tibor Várady at the CEU during her doctoral studies and continued to work on arbitration cases as a counsel in a law firm. She actively fosters the usage of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms by co-chairing the Young Croatian Arbitration Practitioners, an association for younger members of the arbitration community in Croatia, which she also co-founded, and by coaching students from various international law faculties for participation in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Court. Patricia also holds the position of an associate editor of the Kluwer Arbitration Blog, and she obtained in-house experience in the IT industry as Head of Legal Department.
Before joining the University of Aberdeen, Patricia held the position of an assistant professor at the International University of Sarajevo, where she coordinated and taught civil law courses, including, inter alia, Business Law and Property Law.
