Mr. Yuvaktep is currently working as a Legal Associates at Bun & Associates, where he specializes in commercial arbitration and oil & gas law. In addition to legal practice, he has had several years of coaching and teaching experiences in law school. His most notable one is his years as the coach for the Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition from 2016 until 2020, where the teams from Cambodia won four outstanding international awards in the memorial categories. Florentin is admitted to the Swiss bar since 2019 and speaks German, English, French and Russian.
Prior to joining Nater Dallafior, Florentin worked as attorney-at-law for Bär & Karrer AG in Zurich and as legal trainee at a law firm and a district court in the canton of Bern, Switzerland.
Florentin studied at the University of Geneva and Basel (Bachelor in International Relations and Master in Law) and at the Saint Petersburg State University in Russia.

Mr Adrian Winstanley

Adrian Winstanley is an English solicitor, arbitrator, mediator and ADR consultant, and is the immediate past Director General of the London Court of International Arbitration.

In his earlier role as LCIA Registrar, Adrian oversaw many hundreds of arbitrations, and many mediations and adjudications, arising from a wide range of commercial enterprises and in many jurisdictions.

In addition to his London-based role as Executive Director of the LCIA, he played a pivotal role in the establishment and operation of DIFC-LCIA (Dubai), LCIA-India (Delhi), and LCIA-MIAC (Mauritius); in the process acquiring valuable insight into commercial arbitration in the Gulf, Asia, and Africa.

Adrian is a member of the LCIA Court; was a member of its Board for 15 years; and has sat on the Board of the International Dispute Resolution Centre (IDRC), one of the world’s leading arbitration hearing facilities, since its foundation in 1999.

He was Secretary-Treasurer of the International Federation of Commercial Arbitration Institutions (IFCAI) from 2000 to 2009; and a Vice President of IFCAI from 2009 to 2013.

Adrian was awarded the OBE in June 2013 for services to international arbitration.

As a student she participated in the Vis East Moot in 2007 and the Vis Moot in 2008. Patricia Živković is currently a Lecturer in Dispute Resolution at the School of Law, University of Aberdeen. She graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Zagreb in 2011. After graduation, Patricia continued her studies at the Central European University, where she obtained an LL.M. degree in International Business Law in 2012. Patricia worked as a research assistant for Professor Emeritus Tibor Várady at the CEU during her doctoral studies and continued to work on arbitration cases as a counsel in a law firm. She actively fosters the usage of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms by co-chairing the Young Croatian Arbitration Practitioners, an association for younger members of the arbitration community in Croatia, which she also co-founded, and by coaching students from various international law faculties for participation in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Court. Patricia also holds the position of an associate editor of the Kluwer Arbitration Blog, and she obtained in-house experience in the IT industry as Head of Legal Department.

Before joining the University of Aberdeen, Patricia held the position of an assistant professor at the International University of Sarajevo, where she coordinated and taught civil law courses, including, inter alia, Business Law and Property Law.
